Aurora North, an industry leader known for providing advanced technology solutions to law firms all over the world, is currently hiring an experienced Project Manager with a background in team leadership, customer support, technical documentation, on-site installation and training. Good working knowledge of enterprise level data systems, both hardware & software, is important.
The successful candidate has: experience communicating technical computer applications, upgrades and concepts to non-technical audiences; excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with clients in challenging situations to ensure client satisfaction and retention; project management experience to include overseeing projects, budgets, implementing infrastructure for business areas. Legal industry experience is a plus.
Strong skills in: business analysis, requirements gathering, and project leadership. Writes and presents business cases to the Executive Team for approval. Creates project plans, assembles project teams, and completes deliverables for projects.
