The Human Resource Specialist will devote their time to human resource initiatives at Aurora North Software, Inc. The HRS reports directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer. The role of the HRS is designed to facilitate efficiency and organization of internal processes as related to HR functions; and to assist in the engagement and development all employees. The HRS will continue self-education and training to ensure their success and growth within this position.
Other duties to include: work as a member of the Administrative Team on any special projects and general company operations, as needed.
